If you feel compelled to help us in our mission to support game-changing: non-profits or charitable organizations, institutions, groups and individual people - then consider a donation/gift to this Foundation. We will use it wisely.
Consult with your accountant and/or tax professional as such a contribution to Empower Foundation, may be tax deductible.
Donations to this Foundation, if deemed legally appropriate, from any person, business, trust, partnership, cooperation, donor-advised fund, foundation or other entity, will only be directed to: (1) vetted recipients using internal processes and stewarded by our “6 Guidance Pillars of Impactful Giving” approach, and/or (2) used for “charitable purposes” as per our Foundation’s decree pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
